Subscription agreement

This subscription agreement governs your paid access to Oligo Analytics and complements our terms of use. . Please read it carefully before subscribing.

1. Subscription plans

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. Each plan describes the features, usage allowances and price applicable to it. The plan you select at checkout, together with this Agreement and our Terms of Use, defines what you are entitled to. Annual plans are billed once for the full term and typically offer a discount compared with paying monthly.

2. Billing and payment processor

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. When you subscribe, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees, plus any taxes, on a recurring basis. We do not store your full card details; they are handled directly by Stripe under its own terms and security standards.

3. Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly for monthly plans and yearly for annual plans, unless you cancel before the renewal date. The renewal is charged to your payment method on file at the then-current price for your plan. By subscribing, you consent to these recurring charges until you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. When you cancel:

• your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period;
• you will not be charged for the following period;
• we do not, unless required by law, provide partial refunds for the remaining days of a period already paid.

5. Refunds

Except where a mandatory consumer-protection law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, downgrades, or unused features. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review your case in good faith.

6. Free trials and promotions

If we offer a free trial or promotional price, the applicable terms will be presented at sign-up. Unless stated otherwise, at the end of a trial your subscription converts to a paid plan and the recurring charge begins automatically, unless you cancel before the trial ends.

7. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. For existing subscriptions, we will give you reasonable advance notice before a price change takes effect. The new price applies from your next renewal. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before it takes effect; continuing your subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8. Taxes

Prices may be shown exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, levies or duties associated with your subscription, which may be added at checkout or on renewal based on your billing location.

9. Suspension for non-payment

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and notify you. If the amount remains unpaid, we may suspend or limit your access to the Service until payment is resolved. Prolonged non-payment may result in cancellation of your subscription. Suspension does not relieve you of your obligation to pay outstanding amounts.

10. Changes to plans and the Service

We may modify, add or discontinue plans and features over time. Where a change materially reduces the core functionality of a plan you are paying for, we will give you reasonable notice and, where appropriate, options such as switching plans or cancelling.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription if you breach this Agreement or our Terms of Use, or as otherwise permitted by law. On termination, your right to access paid features ends. Data handling after termination is described in our Privacy Policy.
