Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, directly from your account. Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period. There is no lock in and no cancellation fee.
What is your refund policy?
If something is not right, reach out to our support team. We handle refund requests case by case in line with our subscription agreement, and we are always happy to help you get the most out of the platform first.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can pay with major credit and debit cards. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
What is the difference between monthly and annual billing?
The plan and every feature are identical. Monthly billing charges you each month with no commitment. Annual billing is paid once a year at a lower effective monthly rate, the equivalent of two months free.
Is there a limit on how many evaluations I can run?
