How do I upload an exam?
From your dashboard, upload the exam PDF or a photo of it. The platform runs OCR, reads every value for you and matches the exam to the right patient from the header, so there is nothing to type in by hand.
What happens if I upload the wrong file?
The platform checks the exam structure before it scores anything. If the file is not a valid exam it is rejected right away, so you never get an evaluation built on the wrong data.
How long does an evaluation take?
Processing usually takes a couple of minutes. In that time you get the score for each of the four axes, the activated cascades, the interpretation, the trends, a phased supplementation protocol and the scientific references, ready to review in the same session.
Where does the score come from?
The score is not a guess from the AI. It is calculated by a deterministic engine using the weighted ICMH method with a cited scientific basis, so the same exam always produces the same score across Detox, Hormonal, Energy and Antiaging.
Can I deliver the report in another language?
Yes. The full evaluation can be delivered natively in English, Portuguese or Spanish, so you can hand your patient a report in their own language. Oligo Analytics is a functional wellness assessment tool and does not diagnose, treat or cure disease.
Is my patient data secure?
Yes. Patient data is handled securely and used only to generate the evaluations you request. Payments are processed by Stripe and card details are never stored on our servers.
